所谓职业教育的教学观,就是对职业教育教学的根本看法。职业教育是为了学生的“职业前途”而设立的教育,它和普通教育的本质区别在“职业”二字上,把职业的特点、职业的发展变化与教育的普遍规律紧密地结合在一起,所呈现出来的规律性就是我们职业教育的真正内涵。下面,我从与职业教育密切相关的三个主要因素——教师、教学内容(教材)和教学方法等方面,来谈谈对职业教育的教学观看法。教师:扮演好自己的角色,为学生提供优质服务毛泽东同志曾经说过:“教改的问题,主要是教员的问题。”教师在教学过程中占主导地位,是教学的实施者。所以,教师在职业教育教学过程中必须明确任务,立足职教,热爱职教,扮演好自己的角色,为学生提供优质服务。
