笔者用放射配体结合测定法对培养的人骨髓瘤细胞株KM_3的糖皮质激素受体(GR)进行了检测,数量为(24674±1631)位点/细胞,平衡解离常数(d)为(3.82±1.21)nmol/L。研究发现地塞米松抑制KM_3细胞株的增殖,起着直接的杀伤作用。
The authors detected the glucocorticoid receptor (GR) of cultured human myeloma cell line KM_3 by radioligand binding assay (24674 ± 1631) per cell, and the equilibrium dissociation constant (d) was (3.82 ± 1.21) nmol / L. The study found that dexamethasone inhibited KM_3 cell proliferation, plays a direct killing effect.
