目的分析浙江省疾病预防控制机构中层干部配置情况。方法利用“国家疾病预防控制基本信息系统”采集数据,并对省市县三级疾控机构中层干部配置及基本素质构成进行比较分析。结果浙江省疾控机构现有职能管理部门与业务部门中层干部的配置比分别为省级0.256、市级0.273、县级0.236。省市县三级疾控机构中层干部平均年龄、工作年限、学历、专业和职称构成等差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同经济水平的县级疾控机构中层干部的学历构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论浙江省各级疾控机构职能与业务干部的配置比合理,干部队伍基本素质优良。
Objective To analyze the allocation of middle-level cadres in Zhejiang Provincial Disease Prevention and Control Institutions. Methods Using the National Basic Information System for Disease Control and Prevention, we collected data and compared the configuration of middle-level cadres in CDCs at provincial, prefecture and county levels and their basic quality. Results The disposition ratio of middle-level cadres between the existing functional departments and business departments of CDC in Zhejiang province were respectively 0.256 at the provincial level, 0.273 at the municipal level and 0.236 at the county level. There were significant differences in the average age, working years, academic qualifications, professional and professional titles of the middle-level cadres in provincial, prefecture and county CDC institutions (P <0.05). The differences in educational background of middle-level CDC cadres at different economic levels There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion The allocation of CDC functions and business cadres at all levels in Zhejiang Province is reasonable and the basic quality of cadres is excellent.
