本文以沿边金融改革为宏观背景,以云南省农产品出口贸易为例,对云南省农产品出口现状及优势进行定量和定性的分析,阐述了云南省发展农产品出口贸易的重要性和必要性。同时,基于对农产品出口贸易金融服务的现状分析,着重指出现行金融资源配置下金融支持的不足与弊端。充分利用金改政策,结合云南自身优势,以贸易金融和供应链金融为理论指导,为农产品出口的金融支持提供了更为优化、可行的解决方案。
This paper takes the financial reform along the border as the macro background and takes the export trade of agricultural products in Yunnan Province as an example to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the current situation and advantages of the export of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. It also expounds the importance and necessity of developing the export trade of agricultural products in Yunnan Province. At the same time, based on the analysis of the current situation of agricultural products export trade financial services, the paper points out the shortcomings and drawbacks of financial support under the current allocation of financial resources. Making full use of the policy of gold reform, combined with Yunnan’s own advantages, guided by trade finance and supply chain finance, it provides a more optimized and feasible solution for the financial support for agricultural exports.
