赤霉素(Gibberellinum),也称“九二○”,是赤霉菌(Fungus Gibberella Fu-jikuroi)产生的一种高效能的植物生长刺激素.其理化性状,生产工艺、农业上应用等方面,国内、国外均有报导.但对于人体医用方面的研究,仅在我国开展,并已通过鉴定,可正式提供临床应用.对于其药理作用研究方面,虽已做了不少工作,但仍存在一些空白.我们曾参与了赤霉素抗休克的实验研究工作,发现赤霉素对大出血休克失代偿期的心肌缺氧状态有一定的保护作用.
