神经干细胞可持续增生、分化产生神经元、星型胶质细胞和少突胶质细胞。神经干细胞的这种特性为进行视网膜病变和视神经损伤的治疗打下了基础。本文就神经干细胞的来源、分化调控机制及神经干细胞的移植在视神经修复再生中的应用进行综述。
Neural stem cells can proliferate sustainably and differentiate to produce neurons, astrocytes and oligodendrocytes. This property of neural stem cells lays the foundation for the treatment of retinopathy and optic nerve damage. This review summarizes the origin, differentiation and regulation of neural stem cells and the transplantation of neural stem cells in the repair and regeneration of optic nerve.
