选取TA5-A钛合金热轧板材为研究对象,通过改变铸锭中氧含量,分析氧含量对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:在轧制条件相同的情况下,随氧含量的增加,TA5钛合金板材的抗拉强度和屈服强度均升高;氧含量的增加对板材塑性影响不大;冲击韧度随氧含量的增加逐渐增加,但当含氧量增大到一定值时,其冲击韧度反而下降,因此氧含量不是越高越好,氧含量在0.08%~0.10%时,其综合力学性能较好。
TA5-A titanium alloy hot-rolled sheet was selected as the research object. The oxygen content in the ingot was changed to analyze the influence of oxygen content on its mechanical properties. The results show that under the same rolling conditions, the tensile strength and yield strength of TA5 titanium alloy sheet increase with the increase of oxygen content. The increase of oxygen content has little effect on the plasticity of sheet. The impact toughness changes with oxygen content , But the impact toughness decreases when the oxygen content increases to a certain value, so the oxygen content is not as high as possible. When the oxygen content is between 0.08% and 0.10%, its comprehensive mechanical properties are better.
