从多年的农产品质量安全监管工作经历来看,种子质量问题是农业生产资料中问题最多、最难解决的问题,无论是法定种子质量问题还是其他种子质量问题,都是种子质量安全问题。因此,解决好种子质量安全问题对保护农民利益、保证粮食生产、维护农村社会稳定有着重要意义。
From many years of work experience in the supervision of quality and safety of agricultural products, the problem of seed quality is the most problematic and the most difficult to solve in agricultural means of production. Whether it is the legal seed quality problem or other seed quality problems, it is the problem of seed quality and safety.
