中国有色金属工业节能信息网第四次全网大会暨变压器节电增效技术经验交流会于2001年9月12～16日在浙江省温州市召开。会议由中国有色金属工业节能信息网与国际铜业协会（中国）共同主办。来自全国各地的56个网员单位和其他单位的代表共70人参加了会议。 会议由副网长单位山东铝业公司温金德处长主持。 上级领导单位中国有色金属工业协会产业咨询部的宋善明同志到会并做了重要讲话。他介绍了中国有色金属工业协会的职能和任务、2000年我国有色金属工业的生产情况、有色金属生产的耗能情况、2000年有色系统的节能改造情况以及“十五”期间节能工作的目标与任务。
China Nonferrous Metals Industry Energy Information Network Fourth Network Conference and Conference on Transformer Energy Saving and Efficiency Enhancement Technology Exchange was held in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province from September 12 to September 16, 2001. The meeting was jointly hosted by China Nonferrous Metals Industry Energy Conservation Information Network and International Copper Association (China). A total of 70 representatives from 56 network members and other units from all over the country attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Deputy Director Wen Jiade of Shandong Aluminum Company. Comrade Song Shanming, industry leader of the China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, attended the meeting and made an important speech. He introduced the functions and tasks of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association. In 2000, the production of China’s nonferrous metals industry, the energy consumption of nonferrous metals production, the energy saving retrofit of nonferrous systems in 2000, and the goal of energy conservation during the 10th Five-year Plan task.
