随着经济全球化的发展,国际经济与贸易合作日益密切。由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机,使国际经济环境进一步恶化。而中国的高贸易依存度和在世界贸易总额的重要占比,使中国在这次金融危机中面临较大的困难。因此,政府需要采取一系列财税政策来应对金融危机给各个经济层面所带来的影响。
With the development of economic globalization, the international economic and trade cooperation has become increasingly close. The global financial crisis triggered by the subprime mortgage crisis in the United States has further deteriorated the international economic environment. However, China’s high trade dependence and the significant share of total world trade have made it more difficult for China to meet the financial crisis. Therefore, the government needs to adopt a series of fiscal and tax policies to deal with the financial crisis to all economic levels.
