目的探讨膝关节从不同方位显示的结构。方法选择用经防腐处理固定的成人局解尸体或废弃的下肢标本,经髌骨上缘上方2~3 cm,水平锯断大腿;腓骨头下方7 cm水平锯断小腿,应用传统解剖制作方法从不同方位全面显示膝关节内外的解剖学结构。结果全面显示膝关节内、外的结构,制作出一系列层次组合显示膝关节解剖结构的陈列标本。结论通过传统解剖学制作方法组合制作了一系列膝关节解剖结构陈列标本,为解剖学及相关学科的教学、科研以及临床的不同需要提供形态学基础。
Objective To explore the structure of knee joint displayed from different directions. Methods: The autopsy cadavers or abandoned lower extremity specimens fixed by anticorrosive treatment were selected and the thighs were cut horizontally by 2 ~ 3 cm above the upper edge of the patella. The calves were cut at the level of 7 cm below the fibula head, Orientation comprehensive display of anatomy inside and outside the knee. The results showed the structure of the knee joint and the external body in an all-round way and made a series of display specimens showing the anatomical structure of the knee joint. Conclusion A series of anatomical structures of knee joint were made by traditional anatomical method. Morphological basis was provided for the different needs of anatomy and related disciplines in teaching, research and clinical.
