随着我国体育事业的不断发展,体育竞技人才培养受到社会各界的普遍关注。高校作为人才培养的基地,承担着为我国社会提供优质人才的重任。体育院校竞技人才培养成为现阶段的工作重点。本文从加快体育管理体制转变、推动体育产权制度创新、树立正确的培养目标、改进教学模式、创新竞技人才培养思路这几个方面深入探索了体育院校竞技人才培养的策略。
With the continuous development of sports in our country, the training of athletic athletes has drawn widespread attention from all walks of life. Colleges and universities, as bases for personnel training, bear the heavy responsibility of providing high-quality personnel to our society. Athletics talents training in sports colleges has become the focus of work at this stage. This paper explores the strategies of training competitive athletes in PE institutes from the aspects of speeding up the transformation of sports management system, promoting the innovation of sports property right system, establishing the correct training goal, improving the teaching mode and innovating the train of competitive talents.
