淋巴管瘤好发于四肢及颈部，发生于颈内的则极其罕见。临床资料患者，女性，３５岁，ｌ年前无明显诱因下出现对周围熟悉事物的陌生感，无意识丧失、四肢抽搐、大小便失禁等症状，ｌ～２次／月，每次十余秒钟。近２个月发作次数明显增加，有时１天发作３～５次。逐查ＭＲＩ示左
