肝功能衰竭是肝切除术后重要的并发症,也是导致死亡的主要原因,长期的临床观察表明肝功能衰竭多伴随有脓毒血症的发生,肝功能衰竭加剧了细菌移位,而脓毒血症又进一步加重了肝功能衰竭,从而形成一种恶性循环。作者希望能够对肝切除术后发生肝功能衰竭并导致患者死亡作出早期判断
Liver failure is an important complication after hepatectomy and also the leading cause of death. Long-term clinical observation shows that liver failure is accompanied by sepsis. Liver failure aggravates bacterial translocation. Sepsis Serum is further aggravated by liver failure, thus forming a vicious cycle. The authors hope to make an early diagnosis of liver failure after liver resection leading to patient death
