不同水泥用量会对水泥稳定基层泡沫沥青冷再生混合料的使用性能产生较大的影响,为探索不同水泥用量下混合料各项性能的变化规律,对含有不同水泥剂量的泡沫沥青冷再生混合料分别进行劈裂强度试验、水稳定性试验、无侧限抗压强度试验以及干缩试验,分析并评价水泥用量对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料性能的影响。研究结果表明:水泥能够在一定程度上改善冷再生混合料的性能,当水泥用量为1.0%~1.5%时,再生混合料早期强度的形成速率以及水稳定性提高速率较快;当水泥用量为2%~3%时,再生混合料的强度以及刚度增长较为缓慢,同时混合料的干缩性能显著降低,容易引起混合料干缩裂缝的产生。因此,建议控制水泥用量在2%以下。
Different amount of cement will have a greater impact on the performance of the cement stabilized grassroots foam asphalt cold recycled mixture. In order to explore the variation of various properties of the mixture under different amount of cement, the effect of foam asphalt cold recycled mixture with different cement dosage The splitting strength test, the water stability test, the unconfined compressive strength test and the shrinkage test were respectively conducted to analyze and evaluate the effect of cement content on the performance of the foam asphalt cold recycled mixture. The results show that cement can improve the performance of cold reclaimed composites to a certain extent. When the amount of cement is 1.0% ~ 1.5%, the formation rate of early strength of reclaimed composites and the rate of water stability increase rapidly. When the amount of cement is 2% ~ 3%, the strength and stiffness of the recycled mixture increase more slowly, while the shrinkage properties of the mixture significantly reduced, easily lead to the production of shrinkage cracks. Therefore, it is recommended to control the amount of cement in 2% or less.
