设计了一种快速制备碳/碳(简称C/C)复合材料的新工艺,借助于炉内沉积室中的定向扩散装置,并通过沿试样坯体厚度方向上的压力差,在合适的工艺参数条件下,沉积气体能快速而定向地扩散到试样坯体内部进行沉积。在对新工艺原理进行分析的基础上,运用正交设计试验法,探索了沉积温度、炉压、气体流量等工艺参数对试样沉积速度和密度的影响,确定了最佳工艺方案和稳定可靠的工艺参数。实验结果表明:用新工艺方法──快速定向扩散法化学气相沉积(CVD)C/C复合材料周期短、成本低,效率高。
