文章对本厂300MW 机组的热胀不畅问题进行了分析,并从热胀角度对300MW 机组与国外引进大机组作了全面比较,研究其问题的实质,进而提出了改善机组热胀问题的措施和今后改进设计的方向。继而通过对机组完善化和改进设计前后的磨擦阻力以及各电站蒸汽管等一系列计算,进行了机组热胀性能衡量指标——机组热胀阻力的综合分析,从而认为本机组经改进设计之后。热胀性能可望接近国外大机组的先进水平.
The paper analyzes the problem of poor thermal expansion in our 300MW unit and makes a comprehensive comparison between the 300MW unit and the introduction of large units abroad from the perspective of thermal expansion. The essence of the problem is studied. Then the measures to improve thermal expansion of the unit are put forward. In the future to improve the design direction. Then, through a series of calculations about perfection of unit and improvement of friction resistance before and after design and steam pipe of each power station, a comprehensive analysis of thermal expansion resistance of unit is made, which shows that the unit has been improved after design. Expansion performance is expected to be close to the advanced level of large foreign units.
