二、中国科学院高技术产业的发展态势中科院的高技术企业总体上处于良好的迅速发展态势。 1、高技术企业的经营绩效逐步提高,但发展不平衡中科院的高技术企业经营总额与企业总资产基本是逐步增长的,在近几年来增长幅度较大,具有指数上升的趋势。1998年经营总值达221亿元,比1988年增长约22倍。企业的税费与利润也是逐年增长,1998年的税费与利润均为1988年的10倍左右。企业经营规模可分成四类。营业收入百万元以下的企业居多,企业数量变动较大,但总体趋势维持在40-50%左右。这类企业经营额所占比例很小,却有逐步减少的趋势。1997年经营额超5000万元的大企业12家,超亿元的企业7家。这类企业所占比例不大,约为5%左右,但其经营额所占比例却很大,已从1990年的20%增大到目前
