我从2001年到君辉大药房工作到现在升做组长已经两年多了,在这两年中我用我的微笑和热情去为顾客排优解难,虽然我的工作是平凡的,但我却为我的这份工作感到骄傲与自豪！ 其实刚到药店工作时我也茫然过,面对着琳琅满目的药品感到无所适从,不知从何学起。但我肩负着顾客对我的信任,也正是这种信念支持着我在空闲的时间认真的学习,熟练地掌握药品知识,了解各种药品的治疗范围和适用人群,虚心的向老店员请教业务,尽我的能力帮助每位顾客买到他们所需的药品,看着顾客满意的离去,一种满足感在我的心里慢慢升起。
