本文以大量薄板TIG焊实验建立起的数学模型为基础,成功研制了8098单片微机控制的有效热功率恒定TIG电源系统。该电源系统能输出斜率角α=70°~145°范围内的任意直线型外特性。对于不同材料、不同厚度的薄板,在预实验的基础上,电源可以通过输出最佳外特性,在弧长变化5mm、网压波动±10%的情况下,有效热功率恒定,焊缝宽度基本不变。
Based on the mathematic model of a large number of thin-plate TIG welding experiments, this paper successfully developed the 8098 single-chip computer-controlled effective thermal power constant TIG power system.
