目前,某些企业在实行干部聘用制度中采取了如下措施:凡是没有高中以上文凭者和年满四十岁以上者,取消干部聘用资格。想以此来保证干部队伍的知识化年轻化。自然,这一措施的出发点并没错,但笔者认为,我们制定每项政策与措施,干万不可背离党的“实事求是”的原则。正如陈云同志所说:“不唯上、不唯书、只唯实。”
