我国档案馆社会化工作正如火如荼地进行,但从整体来看,社会化进程并不那么令人满意。个中缘由很多,如公众的档案意识和档案馆的社会意识不强、档案的属性使得其与公众的关系疏远等。本文从“合法性”机制的视角重新阐释我国档案馆社会化现状,试从理论层面解释产生这种现象的原因,并提出在信息化社会和档案开放的大背景下档案馆“合法性基础”的改变以及有可能引发的“合法性危机”,进一步验证了档案馆社会化的必要性和紧迫性。
The social work of our archives is in full swing, but on the whole, the process of socialization is not so satisfactory. There are many reasons, such as public awareness of the archives and archives social awareness is not strong, the file attributes make it alienated from the public relations. This paper reinterprets the status quo of the socialization of archives in China from the perspective of “legitimacy” mechanism, tries to explain the reasons for the phenomenon from the theoretical level, and puts forward that under the background of information society and archives opening, the “legitimacy foundation” The change and the possible “crisis of legitimacy” triggered by this issue further verify the necessity and urgency of the socialization of archives.
