2004年5月31日,陕西省《三秦都市报》刊登了《冒犯公安局长 夫妇游街示众》一文,本刊今年第12期(6月25日出版)中的评论《百姓心中有座碑》一文中,在称颂女公安局长任长霞执法为民精神时,引述了该报道的部分段落。此后,本刊编辑部收到了公安部赴陕西工作组来函,来函指称,经过调查证实《三秦都市报》原报道失实。在此,我们将延安市局调查报告中的指称部分与原报道一并刊出,并就本刊在引用原文时未能及时向子长县公安局核实两者不相吻合之处向所涉单位和人员致歉。
May 31, 2004, Shaanxi Province, “Sanqin Metropolis Daily,” published “Offensive Public Security Bureau chiefs and couple parade show public” article, this issue No. 12 (June 25) in the commentary “people heart monument ”Article, praising the female public security chief Ren Changxia law enforcement for the people, quoted part of the report paragraph. Since then, the editorial department of our magazine has received a letter from the Ministry of Public Security to work in Shaanxi Province, alleging that the original report of “Sanqin Metropolis Daily” was found false after investigation. Hereby, we will publish the allegation part of the investigation report of Yan’an City together with the original report, and report to the Public Security Bureau of Zizhang County on the incompatibility of the article Units and personnel apologize.
