“一带一路”这项令世人瞩目的重大战略构想正在加大马力启动。在实施这一战略构想的过程中,应注重发挥港澳台和海外华侨华人的独特作用。海外华侨华人是推进“一带一路”战略的重要力量。“一带一路”沿线各国华侨华人超过4000万,特别是东南亚地区是华商力量最强的区域。据估算,全球华商企业资产约4万亿美元,其中东南亚华商经济总量为1.1万亿至1.2万亿美元。海外侨胞具有雄厚的经济科技实力、成熟的生产营销网络、广泛的政界商界人脉以及沟通中外的独特优势,在实施“一带一路”战略中可以大显身手、大有作为。
“Belt and Road” This major strategic concept that attracts worldwide attention is increasing its horsepower to start. In the process of implementing this strategic concept, we should pay special attention to giving play to the unique role of Hong Kong, Maucao and overseas Chinese in overseas countries. Overseas Chinese are Important Powers to Promote the Belt and Road Strategy. “Belt and Road” Along the overseas Chinese more than 40 million, especially in Southeast Asia is the strongest Chinese businessmen in the region. It is estimated that the global Chinese business assets of about 4 trillion US dollars, of which Southeast Asian Chinese economy totaled 1.1 trillion to 1.2 trillion US dollars. Overseas compatriots, with their strong economic, scientific and technological strength, mature production and marketing networks, extensive political and business contacts, and unique advantages of communicating with China and other countries, can play an active role in implementing the strategy of “One Belt and One Road”.
