方庄体育公园仿佛是喧嚣都市中的一片净土。四周围是高楼林立,这里却绿树掩映,独有一番天地。每天从清晨到傍晚, 周围小区的居民都来这里活动筋骨、放松心情。而且这里还有一个十分有名的太极拳辅导站,更是吸引了每天达200多人前来强身健体。这个辅导站的学员当中有下至7岁的娃娃,上至 80多岁的老人,从一比一划到有模有样,都能参与到不同阶段、不同水平的太极拳辅导班。通过建站8年来的努力,方庄体育公园的这个辅导站为方庄地区普及太极拳上万人次,培养出了
