In 2013, the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party decided to implement the 35th anniversary of the reform and opening up. It is also the first year for the new Central Leadership after the 18th National Congress of the CPC to govern. Our country’s economic development and trends have drawn much attention at home and abroad. From the economic indicators in the first half of this year, in spite of the complex and ever-changing domestic and international situations, the overall economic operation remained stable. Recently, the state has promulgated the policies and measures of financial support for the economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading as well as the liberalization of interest rate controls on lending by financial institutions in an all-round way, aiming to create stability in advancing economic restructuring and transformation and upgrading
