本文是采用湿灰化后,用原子吸收法测定亚热带作物剑麻叶片中微量元素钙和镁。这方法比较简便,快速,重现性较好。一、实验部分 1.仪器和试剂 (1) WFX—1A型原子吸收分光光度计。 (2) 硝酸、硫酸、60%高氯酸,3%氯化镧溶液。 (3) 1000ppm钙标准溶液配制:准确称取已在110℃干燥过的优级纯CaCO_32.497克溶解于盐酸溶液中,赶走二氧化镁后,用去离子水准确地稀释到1升,盐酸浓度为1N。
In this paper, the determination of trace elements calcium and magnesium in sisal leaves of subtropical crops by atomic absorption spectrometry after wet ashing.
