1991年,我厂职工教育工作,紧紧围绕企业装置全面达标和创利税13.5亿元目标的需要,把一切服务于生产,一切为了生产的思想贯穿在培训工作的始终,开展了以岗位培训为中心的工人技术等级达标培训,班组长、车间主任、生产骨干的培训,干部的继续工程教育和专业管理知识的培训。在培训过程中,狠抓培训质量和效果,坚持突出技能训练、应用为主的原则,在提高工人的实际操作能力上见到了实效,为生产装置全面达标,安、稳、长、满、优生产做出了应有的贡献。一、深化岗位培训,缩小实际技能与岗位规范要求的差距 1991年我厂共举办各类岗位培训班213个,培训11306人;举办高中班15个,培训922人,结业802人。化纤厂的岗位培训,做到了教学大纲、教学计划、教材、教案、教师五落实;培训形式灵活多样,紧密结合生产实际。在765名操作工中,“一岗精”人员达到100%;“二岗通”人员达70.8%;“三岗多能”人员达38.3%。

I. Deepening job training and narrowing the gap between actual skills and job specifications In 1991, our factory held a total of 213 job training courses of all kinds, with 11,306 trainees, 15 high school classes, 922 trainees and 802 graduates. Chemical fiber factory job training, so that the syllabus, teaching plan, teaching materials, lesson plans, teachers five implementation; flexible and diverse forms of training, closely integrated with the actual production.
