结合我校工作实际,围绕培养建设一支高素质的高校后勤干部队伍问题,谈些体会。1.大力加强高校后勤干部队伍建设,是各级党组织的一项刻不容缓的重大任务我们党历来重视干部队伍建设,毛泽东同志有一句名言:“政治路线确定之后,干部就是决定的因素。”我们今天读来仍然十分发人深省。邓小平同志多次强调,思想路线政治路线的实现要靠组织路线来保证。在1992年视察南方的重要谈话中,他再次强调:
