新课程改革轰轰烈烈地已进行了好几个年头,有幸在第一年就进入课改培训中。新课改给教师带来了新变化。在这几年里,从刚开始的茫然到认识再到实践,这当中有着太多太多的感触、疑惑……当然,也有一些收获。在具体的教学中,转变思想,积极探索,改革教学,把新课程标准的新思想、新理念和数学课堂教学的新思路、新设想结合起来,收到了很好的效果。但计算教学的过程是一个培养学生思维的过程,计算能力的提高,能促进学生思维能力的发展。
