目的探讨水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床效果。方法选取2013年4月-2014年4月医院收治的确诊为酒精性脂肪肝患者80例,随机分为试验组与对照组各40例。对照组给予常规的酒精性脂肪肝治疗方案,试验组则采用水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗,比较2组治疗前后的肝功能指标及临床效果。结果 2组患者肝功能ALT、AST指标均较治疗前有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组改善较对照组更为明显,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为87.5%明显高于对照组的67.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间2组患者均未发生严重不良反应,药物安全性较好。结论水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,能有效改善患者肝功能,提高临床疗效,且安全性高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of silybin in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver. Methods Eighty patients diagnosed with alcoholic fatty liver admitted to our hospital from April 2013 to April 2014 were randomly divided into experimental group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The control group was given routine treatment program of alcoholic fatty liver, and the experimental group was treated with silybin capsule. The liver function indexes and clinical effects of two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The ALT and AST indexes of liver function in both groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment (P <0.05). The improvement of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total effective rate was 87.5% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 67.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). During the treatment, no serious side effects occurred in both groups, and the drug safety was better. Conclusion Silybin capsule treatment of alcoholic fatty liver significant effect, can effectively improve the patient’s liver function, improve clinical efficacy, and high safety, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
