对供应状态下的LY12合金轧制板材进行超塑性拉伸试验得到,在430℃.ε=5×10~(-3)S~(-1)时,其延伸率δ=135%,流动应力σ_s=1.87kgf/mm~2。通过对抛物面天线的成形实践表明,应用该合金板材所具有的超塑效应进行等温气压成形是有较好实用价值的。
The superplastic tensile test of LY12 alloy rolled plate under the supplied condition shows that the elongation δ = 135% and the flow stress (MPa) at 430 ℃. σ_s = 1.87 kgf / mm ~ 2. The forming practice of parabolic antenna shows that it is of practical value to apply the superplastic effect of this alloy plate to isothermal air pressure forming.
