茎突综合征国外于1872年即有报告,国内较为少见。我科于1991年诊治2例,报告如下: 患者均为男性,年龄分别为47岁、51岁。病变均发生在左侧,检查时于左侧扁桃体窝内均触及硬条物。茎突正位片例1显示左侧茎突较右侧长1.5cm,例2左侧茎突较右侧长3cm。例1曾因急性咽炎入院,经用抗菌药物治疗好转出院,不久又感咽部不适,再次来院就诊,以茎突综合征收入院。例2因咽部反复疼痛二年余以慢性扁桃体炎收
Styloid process syndrome has been reported abroad in 1872, and it is rare in China. In 1991, 2 cases were diagnosed and treated by our department. The report was as follows: All patients were male and were 47 years old and 51 years old. The lesions occurred on the left side, and hard strips were touched in the left tonsil fossa during the examination. The styloid anteroposterior slice shows that the left styloid process is 1.5 cm longer than the right side, and the left styloid process of the case 2 is 3 cm longer than the right side. Case 1 had been admitted to hospital for acute pharyngitis and was discharged from the hospital after treatment with antibiotics. He soon felt pharyngeal discomfort and returned to the hospital for treatment. He was hospitalized with styloid process syndrome.
