在实际的生产作业中,如矿山开采、汽车、机床加工等领域中,自动化生产已经被广泛使用。而对于这些生产中的关键零部件拨叉而言,精准的参数设定十分重要。我们通过Pro/Engineer操作软件,实现针对拨叉三维参数化的设定,这就使设计过程更加简便高校,也利于后期的看看机械加工等其他程序的参数设定。本文讨论了Pro/Engineer操作软件下的拨叉三维参数化设计、修改,分析了后期相关机械加工工艺,希望能起到一定的借鉴作用。
In the actual production operations, such as mining, automotive, machine tool processing and other fields, automated production has been widely used. Precise parameter setting is important for these key components forks in these production. We through the Pro / Engineer operating software to achieve three-dimensional parameter setting for the fork, which makes the design process more convenient for colleges and universities, but also conducive to the late look at machining and other parameters of the program. In this paper, we discuss the three-dimensional parametric design of fork in Pro / Engineer operating software, modify and analyze the related post-processing technology, hoping to play a certain reference role.
