目的通过对解放军第306医院基本药物使用情况的回顾分析,为制定本院临床用药目录及促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法对本院过去五年基本药物使用情况信息进行统计分析。结果 2004～2008年间本院总体使用药品品种数和基本药物品种数均呈上升趋势;基本药物品种数、销售金额的增长速度都低于总体药品的增长速度。结论基本药物目录在本院的执行情况较好,但提高医务人员对基本药物的认同和理解,加强对临床用药的监督,从经济上促进合理用药仍是今后要努力的方向。
Objective By retrospective analysis of the use of essential drugs in the 306th Hospital of People ’s Liberation Army, it provides a reference for the formulation of the catalog of clinical medicine in our hospital and the promotion of clinical rational use of drugs. Methods The statistical analysis of the information on the use of essential drugs in our hospital over the past five years. Results During the period from 2004 to 2008, the total number of medicines used in the hospital and the number of essential medicines showed an upward trend. The growth rates of the number of essential medicines and the sales volume were all lower than those of the total medicines. Conclusion The implementation of Essential Drugs List in our hospital is better. However, improving medical personnel’s recognition and understanding of essential drugs, strengthening the supervision of clinical drug use and promoting the rational use of drugs in the economy are still the future directions.
