汤剂是中药常用的传统剂型之一,具有易吸收、奏效快、制备简单的特点,在众多的中药制剂中应用最为广泛。因此选择最佳煎制方法有着十分重要的意义。我们选取了枳术汤、五苓散、黄芪建中汤应用水煎法,分煎法和渍药绞汁法分别对动物进行了离体肠段抑制作用、利水作用以及抗胃溃疡作用的实验观察。现报告如下。
