本文采用皮下注射外源性OT方法,观察了各种不同剂量的OT对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠的影响。结果显示:各种不同剂量的OT对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠有明显和极明显的抑制作用:对未妊娠小鼠血清中E_2和P含量测定的结果表明:E_2的浓度呈双相反应,OT低浓度时抑制其分泌,高浓度时促进其分泌。各种不同剂理的OT对P的分泌均呈抑制效应。提示OT对小鼠胚胎早期妊娠的抑制作用可能与它破坏了体内内分泌微环境有关。
