[目的]探讨糖尿病足的治疗方法。[方法]对海南医学院附属医院内分泌科收治的57例糖尿病足患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。[结果]57例患者给予良好的血糖控制、抗感染、改善循环、营养神经、积极有效的局部处理和对症支持等治疗,13例愈合,41例好转(其中3例干性坏疽、1例骨髓炎转骨科行截肢或截趾术),3例未愈。[结论]糖尿病足治疗是综合性治疗,全身治疗的同时配合积极的局部处理效果明显。
[Objective] To explore the treatment of diabetic foot. [Methods] The clinical data of 57 cases of diabetic foot admitted to Department of Endocrinology, Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical College were retrospectively analyzed. [Results] 57 patients were given good blood sugar control, anti-infection, circulation improvement, nutrition nerves, positive and effective local treatment and symptomatic supportive treatment. Thirteen cases were healed and 41 cases were improved (including 3 cases of dry gangrene and 1 case of bone marrow Yan orthopedic amputation or truncal toe surgery), 3 cases did not heal. [Conclusion] Diabetic foot treatment is a comprehensive treatment, while systemic treatment combined with positive local treatment effect is obvious.
