本试验旨在研究四川白鹅和樱桃谷肉鸭对不同产地亚麻饼粕的养分利用率。采集不同产地的亚麻饼粕,测定其营养成分以及四川白鹅和樱桃谷肉鸭对亚麻饼粕的利用率。选用体重相近的四川白鹅和樱桃谷肉鸭各48只,每种试验动物随机分为8组,每组6个重复,每个重复1只动物。结果表明:1)不同产地亚麻饼粕营养成分有差异,粗蛋白质含量变化较大,其变化范围为34.72%~41.47%;钙含量较低,在0.33%~0.56%之间波动;总磷含量高,最高可达到1.02%;粗脂肪含量变化差异大,在2.60%~14.12%之间波动;生氰糖苷(HCN)含量差异大,在53.61~394.99 mg/kg之间波动。2)四川白鹅、樱桃谷肉鸭的表观代谢能(AME)的变化范围分别为3.49~10.33 MJ/kg和4.55~9.71 MJ/kg,真代谢能(TME)的变化范围分别为4.30~11.13 MJ/kg和5.80~10.93 MJ/kg。3)樱桃谷肉鸭对亚麻饼粕的总磷的真利用率显著高于四川白鹅(P<0.05)。由此可见,亚麻饼粕粗蛋白质和总磷含量高,并且磷利用率较高,是较好的蛋白质和磷源饲料原料。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the nutrient utilization rates of white goose and cherry valley duck in Sichuan Province for flax meal from different areas. Linseed meal from different origins was collected and its nutrient content and the utilization of flax meal by Sichuan White Goose and Cherry Valley goose were measured. Forty-eight Sichuan White Goose and Cherry Valley duck with similar body weight were selected. Each experimental animal was randomly divided into 8 groups with 6 replicates in each group and 1 animal in each replicate. The results showed that: (1) The nutritional content of flax cake from different areas was different, the content of crude protein varied greatly from 34.72% to 41.47%, while the content of calcium was low, fluctuating from 0.33% to 0.56% High, up to 1.02%; crude fat content varies widely, fluctuating between 2.60% ~ 14.12%; cyanide glycoside (HCN) content difference between 53.61 ~ 394.99 mg / kg fluctuations. 2) The apparent metabolic energy (AME) of Sichuan White Goose and Cherry Valley ducks ranged from 3.49 to 10.33 MJ / kg and from 4.55 to 9.71 MJ / kg, respectively. The range of TME was 4.30 ~ 11.13 MJ / kg and 5.80 ~ 10.93 MJ / kg. 3) The actual utilization rate of total phosphorus of cherry grain ducks to flax meal was significantly higher than that of Sichuan white goose (P <0.05). Thus, flax cake meal crude protein and total phosphorus content, and phosphorus utilization is higher, is a better protein and phosphorus feed raw materials.
