我院从1988年10月～1989年6月,采用西德多尼尔公司HM_4体外震波碎石机,对18例鹿角形结石、2例铸形结石和合并畸形肾患者,在体外震波碎石(简称ESWL)治疗前,放置双J管,经临床观察效果较好。现报告如下。一、临床资料、男13例、女7例,年龄16～53岁、平均40.8岁。右肾结石7例、左肾结石13例,结石大小:2.5～3厘米2例、3.1～4厘米10例、4.1～5厘米5例,5.1～8厘米3例。2个结石3例、3个以上结石5例,其余为单个结石。其中马
