2006年11月,滁州市第三批280名优秀年轻党员干部肩负组织嘱托,奔向新农村建设示范乡(镇)、村和相对贫困、后进村,担任乡镇党委副书记、村党组织第一书记,他们用青春和汗水奏响了选派工作的辉煌乐章。加强组织筑牢堡垒选派干部始终把加强组织放在首位,以党员干部的思想教育为突破口,选派村组织开展了2007年、2008年主题教育活动,进一步提高广大党员、干部的思想政治素质。
