电弧喷涂技术广泛应用于表面工程领域,能否等速同步送丝是其技术关键.提出了一种送丝电机调速系统,在分析电弧喷涂原理的基础上,通过采用由PWM 调速、光电测速的PID 自动调节系统,实现了等速同步送丝,送丝速度可以采用数字指示并可预调.该电路成本低,性价比高,是一种值得推广的电路.
