1980年1月～1991年12月,我院收治子痫患者53例,发生率为0.30％。年龄20～30岁占90.5％,初产妇占92.45％,工人、农民占86.79％,产前检查<3次者占94.34％;深秋初冬为好发季节,手术产率高达77.36％,无孕产妇死亡。母婴并发症较高,有2例重症子痫患者合并DIC及急性肾功能衰竭。围产儿死亡8例(15.09％)。应加强产前保健,对子痫患者除积极治疗外,适时终止妊娠很重要。
January 1980 ~ December 1991, 53 cases of ecstasy in our hospital, the incidence was 0.30%. The age of 20 to 30 years old accounted for 90.5%, primipara accounted for 92.45%, workers, farmers accounted for 86.79%, prenatal care of <3 times accounted for 94.34%; late autumn early winter as a good season, the surgical yield as high as 77.36%, non-pregnant women death. High maternal and child complications, 2 cases of severe eclampsia with DIC and acute renal failure. Perinatal death in 8 cases (15.09%). Should be strengthened prenatal care, in addition to active treatment of eclampsia, timely termination of pregnancy is very important.
