将机械式压力机根据其工作原理转化成八连杆机构,再将该八连杆机构拆分成便于分析计算的二级机构,利用解析法求出该机构的运动关系;由得到的运动关系,利用达朗贝尔原理在Matlab中对最关键导柱进行力的分析,得出该导柱能够承受工作力的最小截面面积;同时,利用三维软件Pro/E建立八连杆机构三维模型,将该模型导入到Adams中对上述导柱进行力的分析,进一步验证上述理论分析方法的正确性。实验结果为企业生产机械式压力机的关键连杆部件提供了一定的理论依据。
