近年来,安徽各级财政部门不断加大财政扶贫开发资金投入,创新扶贫方式,推进扶贫资金统筹整合,有效改善了全省贫困地区生产生活条件。与此同时,安徽贫困人口规模大、程度深,返贫现象时有发生,扶贫任务仍较严峻。深入研究新阶段扶贫开发财政投入机制,对统筹城乡发展、建设美好安徽具有重大而现实的意义。
In recent years, the financial departments at all levels in Anhui Province have continuously increased their financial input in poverty alleviation and development of poverty alleviation, innovated their poverty alleviation methods, promoted the overall integration of poverty alleviation funds, and effectively improved the production and living conditions in poverty-stricken areas in the province. At the same time, the poverty population in Anhui is large and deep, and the phenomenon of returning to poverty occurs from time to time, and the task of alleviating poverty remains harsh. Studying the mechanism of financial input for poverty alleviation and development in the new stage has great and realistic significance for the overall planning of urban and rural development and the construction of a beautiful Anhui.
