目的分析宿州地区念珠菌性外阴阴道炎(VVC)的病原菌分类,并进行药敏分析,指导临床用药。方法标本接种科玛嘉显色培养基,菌株鉴定采用生物梅里埃ATB Expression半自动微生物分析仪配套的念珠菌鉴定卡ID32C,药敏检测采用生物梅里埃ATB FUNGUS 3试条。结果检出188株念珠菌中,共鉴定出6种念珠菌,其中白色念珠菌148株(78.7%),光滑念珠菌26株(13.8%),热带念珠菌9株(4.8%)。体外药敏显示,5-氟胞嘧啶,两性霉素B,伏立康唑的敏感性较高。结论本地区念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的病原菌仍以白色念珠菌为主。不同菌种对不同药物敏感性存在较大差异,临床应重视念珠菌属的培养和药敏试验,合理选用抗真菌药物。
Objective To analyze the pathogen classification of candidal vulvovaginitis (VVC) in Suzhou and to analyze the drug susceptibility and guide clinical application. Methods The specimens were inoculated with Kema Jia chromogenic medium. The strains were identified by the Candida identification card ID32C of the BioMérieux ATB Expression Semi-automatic Microbial Analyzer, and the biometrics ATB FUNGUS 3 test strips were used for the detection of drug susceptibility. Results Among the 188 strains of Candida isolated, Candida albicans was identified, of which 148 Candida albicans (78.7%), 26 Candida glabrata (13.8%) and 9 Candida tropicalis (4.8%). In vitro susceptibility showed that 5-fluorocytosine, amphotericin B, voriconazole sensitivity. Conclusion Candida albicans is still the main pathogen of candidal vulvovaginitis in this area. Different strains of different drug sensitivity there is a big difference, clinical should pay attention to the cultivation of Candida and drug susceptibility testing, rational use of antifungal drugs.
