Proved by the development of national universities and libraries, the role of library culture in cultivating national innovative talents has become increasingly prominent. It has become an important national education resource and a base for training qualified personnel. On the contrary, innovative talents are an inexhaustible motive force for promoting the cultural construction of the National University Libraries.
