1台内燃叉车在使用过程中,其暖风机不制热。随即进行排查,排查步骤如下:首先,检查暖风机保险、开关及电路连接正常,暖风机内的风扇轴转动灵活,水箱盖关闭良好,冷却系统未发现泄露。其次,检查暖风机与发动机相连的水管连接顺畅,无褶皱、堵塞现象。将该水管拔掉,启动发动机,加大油门,发现该水管中的水流量非常小,水压很低。再次,将发动机通往暖风机截门的连接水管拆开,发现从该截门中喷出的水流很小。再将该截门从发动机上拆下,启动发动机加大油门,发现发动机出水口喷出的水流正常,由此确定该截门没有完全打开。
