香港民间摄影团体“录影力量”成立于一九八九年。最初的动因是“有一群人希望在主流媒体之外做一些事” ;相对于“大众传媒” ,将他们自己定位于“小众传媒”。其领军人物郑智雄自八十年代中期便和不同的社会团体合作 ,拍过一些工运、社会运动 ,也拍过底层人们的环境、工作等
Hong Kong folk photography group “Video Force” was established in 1989. The initial motivation was “there is a group of people who want to do something outside of the mainstream media,” positioning themselves as “niche media” relative to the “mass media.” Its leader, Cheng Chih-hung, has collaborated with various social groups since the mid-1980s to film some of the movement and social movements and also took pictures of the environment, work, etc. of the grassroots people
