改革开放30年来,我国居民总体收入不断增加,但同时收入分配差距也有不断扩大之势,针对这一矛盾,解决问题的方法应该是:在严格界定效率与公平概念的基础上,强调效率与公平的统一而不是对立,把提高效率同促进社会公平结合起来,既高度重视通过提高效率来促进发展,又高度重视在经济发展的基础上通过实现社会公平来促进社会和谐,即“效率促发展,公平促和谐”。
